Unfortunately, it's difficult to find much reason at first to run Adult Tiki in place of her child form. The child form has a solid 6 extra stats which mostly just improves her speed, she has better resistance and health slightly, all at a minor hit to attack and defense which are both still above 30.
However, Tiki(A) is much more obtainable for one and is also in a less weird placement thanks to her dumped speed stat. Tiki(Y) will generally be aiming for speed boons and trying to capitalize on Corrin(F)'s area of expertise, whereas Tiki(A) can focus fully on tanking and attacking.
Red: This Tiki can withstand 2 attacks from any non-Flachion sword lord safely, requiring 2 attacks at a power of 58, which can't be done unbuffed, enabling her to safely run QR or Vantage against sword users, merely changing who attacks first. Falchion tanking is best left to blue units as even blue dragons struggle with doing such without being built for it, honestly tanking effectiveness weapons is always recommended against. For mages, if not using a Res boon for tanking it, she can handle unbuffed Thajra just barely and kill on return and Leo would need Hone Cavalry to kill her with a blade tome safely if she didn't hit him first. Celica should be avoided if she can't be initiated on first to weaken her.
Green: Hector who? Nino who? Tiki(A) laughs at both ends of the green spectrum here as the weapon triangle and her solid 38/27 defenses keep her well protected from green threats and her much better attack than her child form has enables her to ensure she can kill all of them and even some on initiation despite her low speed.
Julia: If she runs Deathblow, then she can actually 1 shot Tiki(A) unbuffed, but if using Fury instead, then Tiki(A) can initiate, and then kill her on the first counter attack when Julia hits her next round. If Bonfire is charged, attacking Julia will obliterate her.
Blue: Try to avoid these if you can, as per normal logic, you won't fare well...
In general, Tiki(A) will perform as one of the best tanks you can get for red, sporting a defense stat in the top 5 of all red units but with a better resistance than all of them besides Zephiel, the tank king who she ties with at the neutral level. However being a magic attacker lets her cut through almost all enemy tanks with greater ease and Threaten Res only helps that along even further as well as assisting with any mages you have hiding behind her.
If favoring a more initiative based Tiki(A), then the Vantage set can be used instead but will require that she initiates most fights instead as she wont kill a lot more units on the bait, but she will not endanger herself to baiting anyone more without QR either. If she is in Vantage range and the enemies start within 2 spaces of her for her c skill, she is effectively hitting them at 57 attack unbuffed before they get to hit her at all when she defends which is pretty good for the plethora of magically frail units that try to fight in melee range.
Bonfire will take a solid 4 turns to charge but will provide a massive 19 points of burst damage to her next attack, which is enough raw power for her to obliterate nearly any unit not specifically built to tank magical attacks and can even let her clean up some blue units on initiation should the need arise.
Tiki(A) is equatable to a more mobile Zephiel due to near identical defensive stats, but she has less HP and cannot use Wary Fighter, so her advantage is using QR to make sure whoever she baits is dead that round, instead of next round like the King of Bern must do. She saves on her A slot thanks to her built in Distant Counter and laughs at physical threats all day. Thankfully Falchion users are much less commonly used these days so if anything the recent banner has Julia being the more likely threat you encounter in the arena so handle your dragon wife with care.
