Tharja +spd -atk

Just pulled a 4* Tharja (+spd, -atk) and was wondering if this was viable for a blade build and worth to promote 5* ?

If you're desperate then yeah definitely promote. Best stats IMO are +spd/-hp because even after a lot of merges you can still ardent sac and reach desperation threshold. I have a +hp/-spd and she has 42 HP, can't reach desperation threshold without double ard sac. Its super fucked :/ As also mentioned -atk on a bladetome is super whatever it doesnt mean much with Axeura/Eirika/Ephraim
