I did the Armor Emblem quest with Navarre's GHB, got the 2 orbs I needed and pulled a -Atk +Def Winter Eirika. The only target I had for the banner. I'm very happy I got her and I'm actually very happy about her IVs, I wanted +Def for more mixed tankage, and -Atk, while -Spd would've been prefered, ensures she won't be the one recieving the buffs from her Staff and C, meaning other allies will. (Granted 48 attack at neutral wouldn't be TOO much of a problem, now that I think about it.)
