So just got pity broken by Lene +Def -Res which is far better than my +Res -Def so I want to fodder off the -Res Lene to either Marisa or Hinata but not sure who to aim for
Marisa: is already built tho still want to get SB on her
Hinata: I have a 4* +Atk -Spd in my barracks that I kinda wanna start working on maybe get +Def instead for maximum tanking
A Hinata still has the problem of being far to slow and having too little res to deal with a lot of mages and dragons, but Marissa on the other hand can reach a decent enough speed stat with enough buffs and avoid being completely destroyed by them. I'd say give it to Marissa and wait for that Hinata in the meantime.
The thing about combat manuals is that they will most likely only be able to use them once other wise that would be way to op, cuz you could send someone say B.Ike and be able to put Aether/Steady Breath on everyone, or BF/VF/SF on every Armored without having to spend $1000 to get them, so I highly doubt they would make it so you can use them more than once. The CM mechanic is mainly to help organize your barracks and still be able to use skills that you want to use at some point but you just have a crap tons of copies
