Team member choice

So I have been using Kagero, Hector, Camus, and Reinhardt as a team for a while now, but it doesn't seem good. Everyone but Kagero, I mean. The rest are all perfect. Kagero has +Res -Atk, so the question is do I actually put time into making her better, or replace her with either a +Spd -Atk IV Effie, Xander, +Hp -Atk IV Eldian, +Def -Atk IV Minerva +1, +Atk -Spd Tharja, -Hp +Def Ninan, +Atk -Hp Tiki, or Julia. Those are my best units (for the job), since I'm ftp. Thank you!

Hey mate, I think you will need a red unit to finish out the roster.
Your best two choices for your current team would be Xander and Eldigan in my opinion. Seeing as your Eldigan does not have great IVs, I believe Xander will benefit your team the most.
His build should run a cavalry buff to help out your other two cavalry units and Triangle Adept for A-Slot will help with Rein and Camus' green weakness. For the other skills, I reccommend Bonfire, Reposition/Swap, and Quick Reposte.

Julia can also be taken to check mages with G Tomebreaker.

If you choose Xander, Ninian is a good replacement for Camus since Xander can provide Rein with everything he needs. So a dancer can be really strong for the team.

I'd recommend going with Xander or Eldigan, while inheriting over some additional cavalry buffs. That will get three out of four members of your team super buffed.

Kagero really suffers from -ATK so I'd say just to save her hoping either to merge with one who has better IVs down the road or to inherit poison dagger+ to another dagger user.
