Team Composition

Just having trouble with my team building, so I would appreciate some advice. My team works alright, but it could be better (note all skills listed are equipped)

Forgot to put that Seliph and Ephraim are +1

Im no team builder expert but heres what i think: Minvera, Nowi, Roy, and Eirika. Minvera can be your main blue check and sweeper, Nowi with TA can tank every red unit and not have an issue (bare Falchion users but at most they do less than 18 dmg) then she can revenge kill. Roy would be the "tanker" and green check since he has 29 def and 28 res tho i would say darting blow might not be the best option for his A slot. Then Eirika can be your support with buffs for your units and possibly counter greens if roy isn't available.

Roy has 22 defense, and 24 on counter

Isn't he lv40 and +def right? Because those are his lv40 stats i said
