Team Comp with Tactics

I'm thinking of running a team comp for arena using tactics given the fact that horse emblem is getting boring.
I've got a Soleil+3 +atk -hp SS that I'm using regardless (gotta use my waifu)
Soleil
A:Steady Breath
B:Wrath
C:Atk Smoke

Thinking Effie for second spot have a +2 with Defense tactics and running berkut dc build (have to wait on another hector though).

For my third I'm conflicted, leaning toward Minerva with guidance SS and attack tactics or another green flier or a green horse to allow the bonus unit for arena to not potentially deactivate the tactic skills.
Thoughts?
