team comp help please

I need help with forming a team with my heroes,
5 star heroes: Takumi, tiki(young), raven, sakura and sheena
4 star heroes: RobinM, Tharja, cordelia and shanna
3 star heroes: Olivia, Sherena, Gunter, eliwood and sully

I understand that Takumi is top tier but the one I have has - atk/+res. So i want to make a team around his weakness or hopefully make a team without using him at all.

Ok so your only green is raven, so you have to include him.

To increase your overall movement and give a solid answer to red, especially swords, add Cordelia.

Now you need a red, and someone who baits out lucina, marth, and chrom for Cordelia to kill and be strong in general is, of course, tiki(Y).

Here is decision time. The team is still weak to linde and hector (kind of). But, you have plus res Takumi, so if you see lots of linde, run Takumi. If you see lots of hector or just don't want to run that Takumi, go tharja.

So, I suggest Raven, Cordelia, Tiki(Y), and Takumi/Tharja
