With a team like this you mostly just need a support unit (specifically a dancer) instead of another core. But stickimg to your options: Ryoma and lucina get easily killed by reinhardt or desperation activated (sometimes not even needed) linde, so it's basically the same as Ike. Leo is an ok initiatior with decent bulk, so that would be my suggestion so far. Julia is great and keeps blue the common blue mages and dragons in check, so she would be my second suggestion. Abel is awful in a non horse team imho, so definitely not him.
