I'm new in the game. I play since two weeks and I have those 5* heroes :
- Ike Legendary
- Tiki (young)
- x2 Hardin
- x3 Fjorm
- Nephenie
- Micaiah
- Nowi
- Brave Ike
- Dorcas
- x2 Ghunnthrà
- Brave Lyn
- Takumi
- Mist
Did you have some advices to help me in making a good team composition ?
I actually play with Hardin as a tank, Lyn and the two Ike. But I feel like i'm not doing it well and I don't know how to improve. Did you know some guide up-to-date ?

Personally, my team always consists of a DC tank, 2 (preferably ranged) sweepers and one support. For example, one of my teams right now has Black Knight (DC tank), Nino (ranged sweeper) Ephraim and B!Ninian (these two doubles as supports/sweepers).
For your situation, I'd say maybe keep Hardin and Lyn, while replacing one of the Ikes with a support-based hero like a dancer?

I would like to keep Hardin and Lyn they are Top-tier according to this website. I saw Nowi and Tiki were top-tier too. But like you say I need to search synergie !
DC is distant counter. So your Hardin is an excellent DC tank. He has very high def and res, or mixed bulk, and can counter attack regardless of range.
A sweeper is any unit with very high attack and speed, but usually weak on defense, that can sweep the board by clearing out some enemy units. Brave Lyn, Reinhardt, Raven, Nino, Soleil, and Cordelia are all great sweepers. Good support units are Marth (the best), Gunnthra, and dancers.
Nowi and Tiki are some of the best units in the game and are definitely top tier units. There is also one important difference about Tiki and Nowi that sets them apart from everyone else at the very top of the teir lists: they are available as 3* and 4* units so you don't have to spend money on orbs to get them.
Brave Ike, Fjorm, Micaiah, and Gunnthra.
Bike is ridiculously difficult to kill, Fjorm is a great DC mixed tank, Micaiah has a great weapon a good attack, and Gunnthra rebuffs the enemy and also deals decent damage.
Try to get a good sword unit in your 5* pool if you can.
Hardin, B!ke, L!ke and Lyn is a very strong team to start with.
Some tips on that team setup;
- Lyn's base kit is very strong, all you need to do is give her a positioning support skill (reposition is great on horses).
- B!ke is also very strong with his base kit, try giving him Quick Riposte (2 can be found on Subaki at 4-stars)
- L!ke same thing, QR2 in the B slot, and his base def tactic skill will apply to your other team members in this configuration
- Hardin is a beast if you give him Quick Riposte 3 sacred seal along with his bold fighter B-skill
Basically, with your enemy phase centric team, you will want quick riposte added to some of your units to maximize their destructive power regardless of their mediocre speed.
I feel like Hardin would make a good tank, but unless you have a dancer or flier with guidance, that poor mobility would be crippling.
Fjorm, Brave Lyn, and the two Ikes would be good for now. Swap in Micaiah instead of Fjorm if you are facing cavalry/armour heavy teams.

Most of them are seasonal, and only olivia is in the 3-4 star pool.

Depends on what kind of team you want. For a first team, you'll want something quite generalist. you can use emblem teams (team with only armors, horses, dragons, ect) and use C skills for synergy(hone or goad cavalry, ect).
The very basic team to begin with needs at least a way to deal with every colors. beyond that, you'll want someone to tank, someone to nuke (a strong offensive unit that can take out units easily, at the cost of durability), a mage can help you deal with high defense foes. what you add in the last spot is up to your needs, archer, dancer or healer..
a specific team won't carry you all the game though, you'll have to try many combinations
