Team and ideas for the Lobster Lord

With all the posts about the legendary Ryoma, I got inspired to pick up the old one again.

I kinda swept him aside because of the many options for sword infantry.

And I kinda want ideas for builds and teammates. The one condition I have is that he has to keep Raijinto. I feel like I might as well just use Ayra if I don't keep that blade on him

For the team, I'm open to surgestions. It would be nice to get in Shiro though. Mine is -hp +res. So builds for him are welcome.
Other teammates don't have to be hoshidan.

Here's a slightly different one. I'm a big fan of Ryoma but the game has changed quite a bit since the old days. I think a mixed build like this has some potential, although it still is lacking in some ways compared to other mixed builds. I chose an HP down res up build for this one, but unfortunately Ryoma has a superbane in HP. His speed is also still a little slow by modern standards but it's not worth sacrificing in my opinion because we can still use him well with other skill sets with this IV set.

As far as team ideas, I just typically use my Legendary Ryoma/regular Ryoma with my +10 Soren, +10 Lucius, and whatever other long haired lad I feel like using that particular day.

Yeah he really needs that speed boon if he makes use out of it.
I like the idea of mixed bulk, but that really needs a boon in the defences. So that might not work well with +spd -res.

Ah Soren. That's a nice idea. If I give him WoM he can make use out of Ryoma dropping his hp, with his owl tome.
