Team advice

Hey, my current team is Leo 5* Gordin 4* Ephraim 5* and Olivia 3*. I also have Marth 5*, Lyn 5*, Tiki (A) 5* Lilina 4* and Nino 4*. Any tips to improve my team?

How about use Marth or Nino to replace Gordin? He has brave bow but is slow. Nino and Olivia work great together and Marth can pivot and heal every fourth turn with his weapon.
