tank jakob build

i dont have close counter fodder right now but that is an eventuality for the future but hows this build at the moment?

Swap
Ignis
Bracing Blow
Wary Fighter
Ward Armor

basically just a full defensive budget build but is there any budget options i could use in place of some of the other skills?

The guard bow is very strong too ;) with quick riposte, eather he can make a great tank unit :) or bold fighter and quick riposte in the sacred steal.

Yes, not many people know but you can inherit him Setsunas bow, which can be upgraded into a Guard Bow that essentually gives Distant Defense 3. That is easily the best bow for a tank build and all it costs you is a, well, Setsuna and a few refining materials. Better than sacrificing a Clarisse, I believe.
