Decent IVs. I'd recommend building her with some budget skills like fury+despo or her default kit with desperation with Close Defense seal. Swap, goad fliers etc.

I'm fearing that shit too. Have been pulling lately and haven't been getting any red orbs; only greens, blue, and colorless. Luckily(?) my pityrate is still up.

I'd say you got some pretty good IVs for her. You could try running a LnD/Firesweep build on her. Or you could stick to her Vidonfir for a defensive playstyle.
