Tana weapon refinement!?

Srry. For the click bait title. But do you guys think the new dancer's weapon means that Tana will be getting a weapon refinement soon? Both units weapons are essentially the same except safeguard doesn't have the physical melee restrictment. Legendary weapons are usually supposed to be better than their inheritable counterparts, at least in strength.

I was about to ask the same question. Yeah the Vidofnir needs a refinement, as it's on par with the Safeguard+. I would say give it a skill that Fliers can't inherit. I hope it gives a Steady Breath effect like:

Main effect: Grants Def+7 (or an increase is nice) if foe with sword, axe, or lance initiates combat.

Refine effect: Grants special cooldown charge +1 if foe initiates combat using sword, axe, or lance.

I like the idea, but I don't think it should be restricted to melee physical attacks. I run iotes shield on her and would much prefer the extra survivability.

I guess it would be fair, but i really don't think IR makes weapon refinements based on making things fair, they kinda just do whatever.

I just think that they would notice it and think an inheritable weapon shouldn't be better than a legendary one. Nothing about being fair, just putting things back in order.

I don't know if they'll do that, to be honest. Intelligent Systems doesn't really do refines in any particular order (from what I've seen) and it seems to be more of a whim. Dragons were one of the first units to get refines, and that kinda took things "out of order" because of "Lightning Breath for Everyone" teams, but I do see what you're saying about the weapons shouldn't be better if it's inheritable.

I'm gonna say sure, but I'm hoping they give other people refines, like Henry. Giving him a Close Counter refine would be a dream come true.
