Takumi HP+/SPD-

I know his best times are powercreeped away but still happy to get the legendary Bowman.

The IVs are bad but is there still a way to make him viable?

Right now I gave him Seal Atk 3 to make him a debuff unit (together with his own Threaten SPD 3).

Close counter is tasty but I have a "not feeding 5*s" policy.

If you want to build him that much, try giving him Clarisse's Bow+ to really bring out his debuffing capabilities. Other than that though, it could be better done by another archer with better IVs.

-Spd is really going to hurt him, considering his spd isn't that great now to begin with. You can hang on to him if you want, though his niche of debuffer/close counter will be better appreciated by other units with better IVs imo. Hope you get a better merge if you're dead set on not feeding him.
