She's quite a cool unit and i have her at +7 and i feel she deserves a prf weapon, do you think that would be epic

Wouldn't mind it, but other units need and/or deserve it more.

Henry, Narcian, The Robins, even Azura.

I agree
Tailtiu is one of the more solid mergable bladetome users.
Meanwhile a lot of other units are just staight up worse than normal other units.

And a unit like Narcian, with a very spread out statline, can be great with the right refine.
If he can get a runesword-like effect, he could use fury without problem, boosting his statline to 32(48)/32/35/29 with just the A skill
