Tactic and Armor buff stacks?

I have a Grima and a Azura on my team and i want to buff a Black Knight, if Azura has atk tactic 3 (and i have a mixed move type team so it works) and Robin has Hone armor (+6 to atk and spd) will Black Knight be buffed for 12 attack and 6 speed when next to grima and azura? Please let me know. Thanks
