Synergy with a Lobster

Ok so as most of you know i did create a new account. (if you read my last post you can see ivs for 5*'s and which ones i have). So i was wondering if this is a good idea. I have a potential P!Azura+1 (not merged yet waiting for event to finish same with inigo) and Inigo+1. Since i plan on running Ryoma with LnD Desperation seeing as he's +spd -hp, would it make sense to take inigo off the team and put a stronger mage instead? (think arvis or deirdre, maybe julia) The other unit on that team is B!Lucina.
