Swift stance

I tried to get tiki on this banner but RNG gave me almost no blue orbs. Somehow, I got a spring Sharena (+att-spd) which is better than my old one(+hp-att).
Question is, do I fodder her swift stance to someone or do I merge?
And also, are there any units that would make good use of swift stance?

swift stance is pretty bad as it only gives +4's and a bond can do its job on both phases with +5's, so its kinda useless. I say merge

Any speedy mage tank, really. Felicia would use it well, along with Niles. A speedy Lightning Breath dragon could also use it pretty well. Dierdre, if going for a speedy version.

I find Felicia having too low up to tank hits even from mages, I built her more offensively with mirror strike since mine is +spd.
The only other choice I have are dragons, but the only one I have with half decent spd is male kana, who I prefer his brazen on.
But I do plan to build female corrin, would it work on her? Or are skills like close def or fury better?

Which mage is giving you issues? Against Reinhardt you need guard if he has quickened moonbow, but otherwise you should be fine if you don't get doubled. (In any case, you already have her built, so no need to switch builds)

You probably could run an interesting set with F!Corrin. Possibly run a +Res -HP set with Water Breath, Aether, Swift Stance, Windsweep, Atk Smoke and Spd Smoke? She goes in, hits and debuffs for -7 Atk/Spd, then tanks with a statline of 45 speed, 42 defense and 36 resistance? So a tanking total of 52 speed and 49/43 defense and resistance, not including any buffs. Could be worth a shot, maybe.

Got kinda the same problem.

I feel like the skill could be used on mage bait units with high speed. But overall, merging seems better.

But if anyone has a neat idea, I'd love to hear it.

Swift stance can be useful on the Felicia-type statline (high spd and res, low def, low to middling atk) for baiting mages, especially if your spd IV is around 33 which could very well get you doubled by a fast mage if you don't boost it.

Res tactic is also an option if you're squeezed for feathers or merge Fae and want to use L'Arachel as renewal fodder.

You could even fodder rally atk/spd if you have a very specific team in mind, but that's getting pretty specific.

I gave it to Innes litterally the day before his refine was announced. Not regretting it though, he tanks every mage during ennemy phase.
I know that spd/res bond would be better for him because of Niddhog, but not everybody has a flying Karrot-gero to spare.
