Nobody is gonna use this one an armor unit, but it could do 34 DAMAGE to foes surrounding Sutr. Seriously, fuck whoever made his axe...

Meh Savage Blow isn't going to be very good on him overall. What's really bad is what he could mean for Aether Raids. Seriously He could single-handedly ruin the fun of that mode. As annoying as Reinhardt is, he could be worse.

There are hard-counters, and if he starts to become popular, so will those counters, at which point defense players will need to be careful about fielding him.

Do note how my concern is centered around the fun of the mode. Surtr was fine as a scenario-style opponent, he's not something that should be summoned though.

Exactly my thoughts. If a player just gives him a really strong enemy phase build.... then he's pretty much impossible to fight. Because you (1) either have to initiate on him through that strong Vengeful Fighter or whatever, or (2) have to try and bait him, and take 20 damage and -8 effective stats in the process. And Dull Close sure don't get around much and still wouldn't help remove debuffs.

Surtr is likely gonna be weak to ranged attacks.
I'm betting a statline like Zephiel:
Very low speed and mid 20ies res, but trading some of Zeph's hp for Atk.

Base off of his story version he has around 15 spd and 30 Res, he already has 50 Hp and 39 base Def, so giving him around 42-44 atk would bring him to 176/8 bst which sounds right for are first Gen 3 Armored unit

At least his axe only does the eff when his turn begins so it aint that bad, healers dazzle burning is worst and with this new A skill its "possible" spell users can have this like healer teams.....oooof.... gl res teams

If I decide to summon him, I’ll do everyone a favour and change his weapon to Slaying Hammer or even Wo Gún. I really hate weapon skills like this. I have a spare H!Kagero, for Bold Fighter, so he shall do what he’s supposed to do. BURN EVERYTHING.

Why not just make him never die and stand next to you for a good 3 turns. That'll probably do it. I pray his Res is low

I reckon he’s going to be a green W!Tharja with higher Def and Atk. It looks like overkill, I also hope his Res is low. 25-30 is ok for me. 30-35 is too much and IS loves causing chaos.

The only way his res will be higher than 30 is with a boon, cuz I'm sure he's probably going to have around 42 attack and with that alone knowing that he has 50 Hp 39 Def base and that going be the story mode he gas really low spd (mid 10) it really only adds up to him having 30 res
