Surtr build help

So the dragon of Muspell finally smiled on my and gave me Surtr, and with +def/-spd no less. But I question if Wary is the best choice for his B skill. With most opponents in the arena being armors, and so many having Bold Fighter, Surtr’s Wary Fighter will be useless against them. Any suggestions? Sadly I have no Special fighter, and I think I’m out of Vengeful fodder, too.

It's ok. He has the def to tank them, and steady stance 4 will block their special. You really think they can hit through 55 def, especially if you buff him? And next 2-3 weeks he has bonus stats too

I personally prefer wary fighter on Surtr because if they out speed you with bold fighter they will double you any way and bold fighter doesn’t help you in enemy phase. If you can attack the opponent that means you can also hit them with minus 20 hp and -4 debuff to every stat. Bold fighter in my opinion is pretty much over kill and wary fighter helps against other enemy types.

I have a Surtr with the exact same IV's you have, and I stuck with his base kit

He's a true baiter, entrapping your opponent and decimating them the following turn with his C-Skill and prf weapon, and with Wary Fighter and the extensively valuable Steady Stance 4, few can manage to otko him
