I’m not so sure about that actually. I mean, hes tier 1 for a reason. I will say though, SS4 is godly.

It honestly just depends on what you have and who could effectively use it. If you want to whale hard and build him, don’t fodder it yet, but a lot of other unites would love SS4 too. Dragons generally come to mind. Rather than going for a breath skill or DC, give it too Adult Tiki and you have an absolutely unbreakable wall w/ breath of fog. Like, were talking about potentially upwards of 57 Def w/ close def if the enemy intitiates. Tack on fortify dragons and youre talking about 63 Def, with Ignis adding on a whopping 50 damage.

Tangent aside, tldr, its nigh on impossible to say without knowing what you personally have in your barracks.
