Decided to try a random summon for a better Camilla, no blues so went colourless for Linde but he appeared instead. Even worse he's +Def -Spd.
The only way to save him is a Brave Bow but I've looked at his final stats and comparing him to Cordelia, Queen of the Brave Bow, even with his +6 flier buffs to her +4s, he comes out with 1 less Atk and Spd. Is the easier movement worth the 20,000 feathers? I've never really liked Takumi (please note that not liking is not equivalent to hate) so I'm not keen on investing feathers I'd rather use for merge projects but I'm open to persuasion.
I have exactly the same IV set pour my Summer Takumi, and he's still good. With Fury and his refined bow, he can go up to 37 Spd without a seal, which is not so bad coupled with 50 Atk. Unfortunately, his choice for B-slot skill is hard. Takumi is my favorite unit, so I'm investing him (Chill Def from the future Walhart), but a breaker is still completely fine.
If you don't really like Takumi it's almost justification to fodder even a good IV to an archer you like more. However, the thing about flier buffs isn't that they're +6/+6, it's that they stack quite easily because of mobility and goad being 2-range, so even just goads will easily get him to +8/+8, and that's if none of: hone fliers, Camilla's Axe, and drive atk seal (and Warrior Princess, but two bows on a flier team is maybe a bit risky) are involved
