P.S. My freebie from the banner was Luke (zero green orbs :( ). Who are the best candidates for Panic Ploy 3 right now? I'm thinking about giving it to my Fae so she's even better as an anti-mage tank.

Fae is a solid choice. It's the best C slot for any antimage with good HP.

Hector was in the original Hero Fest Banner. Had an absurdly high pull rate because of the small green pool and boosted rates. Got one myself in very few orbs. I need two more at least, though....
