I say Lucina because of her future vision and all that and Sigurd because he is similar to Berkut but wiser.

Id love to see a support conversation between any Laguz character with their beastly counterparts from other games so dragon Laguz with any other dragon that can only transform via dragonstone and probably see how that could of happen or why it even exists
there are others like Seliph and Lillina because they can relate to losing their parents via war and both were heroes with their respective legendary weapon.
Michiah and Sanaki because they never really spoke as sisters but Sanaki at least figured it out.

Anna and other Anna's from different continents(not related like Magvel and Elibe for example)/time

Alm and Chrom can speak about how they both built an army consisting of all kinds of classes yet one knew he was royalty and the other didnt.

Robin/Corrin with their other gender like differences and choices they made being the other gender lol
Serra and L' Arachel they both have similar attitudes but Serra isnt actual royalty as far as i could tell?
Ephriam and Marth both suffered a similar beginning, friendly kingdom killed their dads due to corruption in that neighboring kingdom.
