Support bonus question

I haven't really noticed it in the patch notes, but does the summoner support bonus and the other support bonus apply to arena fights as well? (If there are enemies over lvl 35 ofc). It would be pretty awful if it did.

Pretty sure the summoner's bonus is unavailable since it requires the summoner (aka the player) to be present. Plus I can confirm that you don't see the bonuses on friend units even if they have summoner support.

I'm afraid both the summoner's and unit supports do apply to arena fights (although i'm not sure if they apply to arena defense). I have an S-ranked Julia with both the summoner and Ninian, and according to the image below, it seems that the unit support bonus does apply to arena offense.

Yeah, I also noticed that it is like that in the meantime. The arena defense is a big question mark for me tho, because it would be yet another task that the AI would have to take into consideration and we all know that the AI is not brilliant.

I was mostly concerned about defense when making this post, because if the enemy can abuse stat boosts whereas your defending team won't abuse this fact, it might start to get difficult to earn defensive wins.

I also just went for a test arena run and I just swept through all 7 battles without the slightest problem, which didn't really happen before the support bonuses.

Hmm... we'll have to wait and see then, caus' the enemy arena teams that I've faced today still had their original lv 40 stats respectively, and it will take a while for players to get their supports going.

Just thinking about Brave Lyns with inflated stats make my head hurt... :(
