Summoning % changes

Anyone else going to completely hold off on all summons until the 3 and 4 star percents swap? I'm so glad now that I didn't do any impulsive summons recently. This is great news.

I would but it doesn't affect the summer banner and I've gotta get me some mage flier.

Good point. If it doesn't affect NS banner, then I might as well summon now. I also need me a flier mage

That's what I'm doing. At least save the 60 login orbs before summoning. We can even get free summons for the first summon on a new banner, and combined with the swapped appearance rates I don't see any need to keep summoning right now. Especially when Hero Fest is returning
