Summer!Camilla, Fury + Reprisal?

Is it a good idea? Because she's outspeeding everyone with 41 speed and Flier buffs. Plus Fury will lower her hp to a point where Reprisal will do some good damage, and Juicy Wave's Desperation will proc evey attack. And if you're asking 'why Reprisal and not Vengeance?', it's because it has a lower cooldown and I feel like that's better for Desperation purposes.
Is it a good idea? It's a bit dangerous, but Camilla will be doing some great damage.

It's certainly an interesting choice in terms of Specials to use. I say to go for it and see how it goes. Maybe you'll like it.

I use fury vengeance on a Barst build and it's awesome! I find fury to be over used, and only truly shines with self healing builds, when R/V is the special, or with DC weapons, otherwise it's just free damage!

Well that's kind of the point. Camilla won't be getting hit anyway when she consecutively two shots the enemy so she won't be in any real danger with the extra damage. Plus I don't really want her healing herself anyway since Caeda is my semi healer in my Flier Emblem and I don't want to push her out of Desperation or effective Reprisal range.

I know, I just find it amusing how some people use it everywhere, it doesn't make sense to me. I use it with Reprisal on a Kagero Savage6 build, and Vengeance on a Vantage Barst build, as well as a renewal Falchion Marth - on those types of builds I find it to be fantastic.

While the skills synergize very well, keep in mind that Sum!Camilla will only be able to do a max of 11 extra damage every engagement if she dropped had 1 HP down from her original 39 Neutral. At higher amounts of HP, she obviously would be doing less damage.

However, I don't know how well that compares to Glimmer or Moonbow on Camilla, so it might be worthwhile to test that yourself and see if Reprisal does output more damage than the other two skills more consistently.

Reprisal is never a good choice, and I'm still skeptical of it even when my Charlotte was reaching close to 60 HP...think of it, you'd need to be like 50 HP down just to barely outdamage Moonbow on a Hector. It's not someting you're setting consistently, in Arena battles. I'd much prefer Vengeance, where my Charlotte could net something like 25ish damage and have it in one go with Heavy Blade + Wrath.

It's actually not that hard if you have a Fury who runs Wrath and either one of you have Reciprocal Aid...thing is, you kind of have to rely on them or you taking just enough damage and stuff like that.
