Summer Linde Dilemma

Today I pulled my second summer Linde, and now I’m wondering which of the two to invest in. One is neutral while the other is +spd/-atk. Normally I would just go with the neutral one, but I plan to use her in a blade cavalry team (by giving her the cleaner), in which her speed boon would be fantastic, however I’m not sure of this benefit outweighs having an attack bane. Thoughts?

Well, I would assume, similar to Bladetome units, that the attack doesn't matter since it's based on buffs (albeit that of the enemy).

But I have no experience with The Cleaner. Never bothered to use it.

Depends a bit what you want to attack. Squishy targets are often extremely fast, meaning that +spd -atk is probably good. 31 base attack will suffice with cavalry buffs. However, if you want to take on some tankier and somewhat slower units, the extra spd doesn't help and the atk bane hurts.
