Summer heroes with bad IVs

I usually get heroes with -atk (kind of bad luck). I don't buy orbs,so I don't have many. I got a Summer cordelia with -atk and +def, a -atk +res Elise and a - spd +res Summer Tana
. Should I use my cristals to get them again or are there better summer heroes to get? How should I build that heroes considering their bad IVs?

This was the first thing I tried, but they always put the best A,B,C and S if the hero is +ATK or + SPD. Mine are the opposite. Besides, if I try to get them again, they will probably have another IVs.

Yeah, you can easily say, that if you try to get them again, you might get a better IV, but the more likely thing is that they will have a similarly bad IV or you will get pity broken or you won't get anything at all, which is why trying to get a better IV for a seasonal unit is an extremely risky thing...just don't do that if you are f2p.

As for the builds, you can just give them seals to boost their offensive potential, or just rely on team buffs. Cordelia and Tana can easily work really well thanks to cavalry/flier buffs.

I tend to build my units the way I would if they had perfect IV's even if there IV spread was terrible. I'm a free to play player too but I tend to play long term since the unit will be run again in the future and I'll probably get the chance to get a better one. Just build them how you want and maybe slap an S seal on them to fix there bane for now and maybe get some buffs from the rest of your team and you should be good still.

Well I have many -Spd/-Atk seasonal units and still invest tons into them, usually I would fodder them due to good fodder or I would keep them due to useful skill like Valour skills. Same I'm F2P but I have to deal with it.
