Summer Frederick IVs/build?

I pulled three Summer Fredericks and unfortunately none have close to an IV that I wanted. I want to use him though.
1. +atk/-spd (atk enticing, speed hurts pretty bad)
2. +hp/-def (ew)
3. +def/-hp (acceptable but not really exciting)
I really want to move on to other banners so this'll be it. I have no NY!Takumi for his weapon, I do have a bad nature Kagerou (-atk) and a few others (Sothe, H!Sakura, P!Olivia, Jaffar). I really like 35 attack, 28 speed is bad but 31 is not that much better, so I'm wondering if it should be fine.
