Summer Corrin build help (support)

So i,m a F2P player and a while back i summoned a summer corrin with +atk/ -spd.
I have both Linde and Spring Lucina who both outclass (Outside of a Flier team) Summer Corrin as an offensive unit because of her nature.
Instead i want to utilize her tome (which gives +1 atk&spd to allies within 2 spaces) to make her a support with rallies and spurs with this set

Fury 3
Escape route 3
Spur atk/spd 3

Sealife Tome+
Rally speed or Rally atk
Dragon Fang
Sacred seal: spur def 1

I can either go with rally atk and spur speed (or the other way around) giving +5 atk & spd for adjacent allies after rally.

Or i can go for one single stat with rally speed and spur speed or rally atk and spur atk giving adjacent allies +9 atk & +1 spd or +9 spd & +1 atk after a rally.

both options seem very good to me but i don,t know which one would be the best in most situations.

So any opinions and suggestions are welcome.

I think, to synergy fully with Sealife Tome+ , it's better to get a c-skill Drive. Like drive atk 2 (from Delthea), it would provide 3 extra atk on top of Sealife Tome+ (1atk/spd) in a 2 cell radius.

If you can get Rally Atk/Spd as your assist-skill then it would provide some cool bonuses.

She would basically be a blue mage support like Delthea except that she buffs the whole team by a little instead of a drastic Atk boost to melee ally only.
Plus she is a flying unit so she would enjoy a greater mobility.

I would use Death Blow or Swift Sparrow as her A-skill tho, to make her work more as an offensive nuke rather than an all-rounder mage support

She is a ranged unit and she can buff (do her support work) from a 2 cell range, so she shouldn't get in dangerous places anyways.

One issue i have is that i neither have Delthea or Bride Cordelia so that does make things difficult until a 4 star unit with these skills become available (and being F2P doesn,t help this issue either.)
i could try to summon for a Roderick for his drive def and rally def/res skills to create a 2 ranged buffer who buffs all stats a little instead of inflating one stat.
i do happen to have death blow fodder so i got that coverd (i have Spring Lucina aswell but i don,t want to use her for Swift Sparrow fodder and i don,t have Katarina either.)
