Suggestions on W.Cecilia builds?

Here I show two. Feedback welcome.

Erratum: should be 23 spd, not 26. The guys managing the unit builder slipped up.

Special fighter: she'll bait mostly anything ok, probably KO back, and generally keep herself going as long as there are some defensive buffs going around. She can probably also initiate into most opponents for a debuff.

Mainly designed to be a rock, be able to tank a bunch of attacks without necessarily killing anything, but atk and spd smoke will activate regardless of whether she hits back, which sets up the team to tank and tank and tank.

Hmm, I dunno if bottled juice is really worth it.
Most enemy phase focussed unit only really need to stop specials if they're being doubles.

Now it's not useless for her, she might fight the same guy multiple times, but it just doesn't seem to worth the cost.
Her base dagger already makes it easy to get +4 def/res. Her defences are high but not brick wall high.

Aside from that I'd use savage blow over spd smoke and/or atk smoke.
But that depents on how much you can rely on your team.

I do really like that build up there though. I'm kinda annoyed Special fighter hasn't been on any other character. Come on IS, perfect chance to bait people for orbs!

Anyway, it should be great for armor teams where you stack up the wards.
Hell you could make use out of Zelguis' warp powder to shoot him out after you bait with her.
