Suggestions for building a budget Seliph?

I'm building a Seliph. Don't intend to use him for Arena, mostly just for show. I don't have the funds to get anything expensive like DC (but I do have some fodder). He's +HP -Res, already has the Divine Tyrfing. I was thinking of something like an Elemental Boost for slot A or maybe a Bond skill, a weapon breaker skill for B, and maybe Panic Ploy or Infantry Pulse for C.
