Suggestions to 5* ?

Hey everyone, I'm at a loss for who I should 5* next out of my units, I'm torn between upgrading Xander, Reinhardt, or (F) Corrin. Any suggestions based on what I've got? I'm open to upgrade any of my unit's though

Out of all my 4* Effie's I have a +hp -def, -hp, +def, +atk -def.
Reinhardt is +hp, -res

So none of them are really that good, as far as Effie goes I'm looking to make my Bridal Charlotte into a Brave user since she's +atk,-res

Kagero for sure, unless your Setsuna is +spd and NOT -atk, (like mine sadly...) then Setsuna would be better. +spd setsuna I believe is still the best archer due to the easy access to x4 hits when using Darting Blow and someone with a hone spd passive. But you also have Bride Cordelia which is the 2nd best archer... so either way you look at it, Kagero should still be the best choice for you, she is SO Good in arenas especially if you can give her Death Blow 3 (mine only has Death Blow 2 and she already destroys everyone) my Kagero also has bowbreaker to deal with Takumi, but I kinda wish I would have given her Vantage in stick situations >.>

My Setsuna is in fact +spd, -res so she would work to 5* (I also have another 4* that is +spd, -hp)
My Bride Cordelia is a little disappointing since she's -atk, +def
Kagero would be good since she's +atk,-res

then yeah focus Kagero for now, Setsuna would be the 2nd best choice but you would have to sacrifice your Klein to give Setsuna Brave Bow+, and you would need Darting Blow and Desperation.
