Will go out of his way to help you, very empathic and nice. Always does his best and if he can't solve your issue apologises profusely and promises to find someone who can solve it. If you get a reply from Dragos you KNOW your ticket was sent all the way up to the developers in Japan to have the top minds of the company try to figure out what's wrong.
>Robert
Helpful and nice replies, will usually be able to help you out. Although might also resort to pre-written corporate robot talk if you ask something too complicated. Still, you know you're in good hands.
>Clarissa
Probably not even a real human, just a robot that sends canned "We're terribly sorry" messages. Usually only even appears when people are sending inquiries en masse, so she's probably just a crowd control robot.
>Laura
An absolute cunt who will actively lie to you and do everything in her power to make things more difficult for you. Absolutely hates her job and hates the people sending in questions. If you get a reply from Laura, you might as well say good-bye to your heroes because you're going to get your account banned for some completely made up reason within the next couple of days.
