Steady Breath + Wrath

I just pulled a Nephenee (+Def - Res) and, cause I have no DC to fodder (and Myrrh is probably first in the wait list) so I was thinking on give her SB.

The question is: Do these skills overlap (not sure about this word) or they work well together?

They work together. Steasy breath is EP, and Wrath is Player Phase, so they won't clash.

As much as that's true, it's not really accurate imho. Wrath gives you that cooldown charge at the start of your turn, so outside of combat, whereas SB gives you the charge only in combat. This is why wrath stacks with pretty much everything else that works in (even player phase) combat (like heavy/flashing blade or infantry rush).
