Steady breath Fae ivs

So here's my dilemma:
I pulled two more Brave Ikes last hero fest, and I after using sb Nowi for a while, I decided to build another Sb dragon. I thought who better to do this than Fae , but I can't decide which ivs: +atk - spd or +spd - hp, both equally compelling ivs(for me anyway). Alternatively, I also have a +hp - spd tiki y, for another viable option.

+spd ivs on dragons like nowi and fae probably give their highest potential, but only at high merges and if you go all out with +spd refined breath, summoner/ally support to get them to ~40 spd. The introduction of hone dragons also makes speedy builds stronger. At low merges and without support, they kinda sit at like mid 30 spd even with +spd refinement, which is pretty meh compared to to the extra dmg from +atk ivs with QR. TLDR; you can go with the +atk -spd for now since it's good with steady breath/QR, but if you ever plan to +10 her swap over to the +spd one.

Sounds good. Tbh, 28 speed is a bit underwhelming, so it is true that it requires a lot of investment to patch up, especially in a meta full of speedy units. But, a thought just struck me, what if I use fury over sb, which one will be better then. I mean 28+3 fury +3 refinery +2 support + 3 spd iv

Fury is pretty good, even though it's often thought of as a budget alternative to steady breath. Just hitting that 40 spd tier and denying doubles is actually really obnoxious for a lot of teams because dragons have so much bulk that they need to be doubled in order to be killed, while they get to respond with a quick riposte.
