Stats released! Kliff discussion
I ended up being right on Kliff's stat spread for the most part.
37 HP
30 Atk
37 Spd
28 Def
25 Res
So with these stats including his A skill and weapon, he hits 28 Atk, 36 Def, and 31 Res. With the bonus of his weapon active he gets 33 Atk, 42 Spd, 41 Def, 36 Res. This means at neutral the enemy will need 47 Atk or higher to apply his weapon. Against most meta units this will be an easy goal, meaning he doesn't require an Atk bane to complete his goal. I would strongly recommend against a boon for it however. You most likely want any other boon besides HP and Atk. For banes, probably the inverse is true as well to some extent.
EDIT: Superboon in Res and Superbane in everything besides Atk and Res. Still unsure, but you don't want a bane in speed or def

I would probably want a +Res -Atk, I mean his weapon alone will fix the -Atk sure he will still do a little less damage but with how tanky he can be who cares, now if only CC was a seal so he can counter melee units. But I think he fits very well with the Darting Stance seal for that sweet +6 Spd
