Staff with best utility?

To provide some context, I'm planning on building my pity breaker Priscilla to use in arena assaults since the AoE effects tend to make life a lot easier dealing with armor emblem that tends to group together conveniently for the mass debuffs.

My question is what are some of the favourite staves for the fellas around here with the best level of utility based on personal experiences? My personal favourite & most used is Candlelight+ which I already have on my Elise and Bridal Lyn but would like a different staff to choose this time due to its limited availability.

My arena team tends to run 3-4 armors, depending on the bonus unit, and the only thing I ever lose to is a mounted healer with either Pain+ or Gravity+, Savage Blow 6 (C+S slots), and reposition/dancer support.

Pain+ is definitely harder to deal with because against Gravity+ you can at least bait with someone that has high res and is split off from the team. Once split, it's effectively a Gravity effect anyway, since no Armor March. Pain makes both splitting and not splitting Pain-ful.

I like using dazzling-refined Gravity+ on Genny, especially with double Savage Blow 3. Using her with a dancer means constant chip damage and repositioning to safety, since the enemy isn't able to move more than one space. It's a very good Arena Assault counter to armor emblem.

I think Pain+ is also a strong contender, I haven't had experience with it personally though.

Liking the all the responses so far, thanks for the input fellas and please keep it up :)

While I think Gravity+ is undoubtedly one of the best in terms of utility, I do feel that it becomes a bit redundant on armour emblem teams especially when the units are separated from the armour march unit either through AI manipulation or just straight up killing one, so Pain+ does seem to be more attractive in terms of forcing AoE chip damage. The reduced movement for all unit types does definitely make it highly versatile especially for non-armour emblem teams though...

I actually gave Mist the upgrade for her Slow+ staff that prevents the enemy from countering and its fun. She can safely debuff 7 speed (If only she could equip the damn attack smoke seal as well!) and then I reposition her out of the way and I don't have to worry about getting doubled.
