I got her, but she's -Speed +Def. I mean it's not the best, but I feel like I can still salvage her.

Would this set do?

Still easily salvageable with speed seal and either Fury, Swift Sparrow, or L&D.
Pick your poison.
Would NOT recommend swift stance, that's not a good skill for her, as she is better on the offence than defense.

That set is fine if you are in a budget, but if you really like her (like I do) then you can invest more with swift sparrow on the A slot, desperation or renewall (if you want her to debuff) but G tomebreaker is a solid choice and Speed ploy is nice for her too, though res tactics is not bad at all
