I read the tier list and Spring Lucina is A (8,5) she has the same stats as Linde (6 less ATK but 8 more def) i think with inheritance skills (Blarblade+,etc...) can compete with linde. Is she really good or completely outclassed?

In my opinion, she's as good as Linde and Nino, but slightly more defensive. With Blarblade and a good support team she's definitely a SS tier unit. (And out of the three she's the only one who can consistently survive a hit from Takumi regardless of his nature and LV)
People are underestimating her like Nino was, and now we're seeing Nino+Eirika LV40+10 all the time in arena
I'd feed her A skill to someone who can abuse it greatly, like a +atk brave user or perhaps another tank. She seems to be outclassed by most other mages at the moment, and the simple fact that she is only available as a 5* means that it will be quite hard to invest in her. You might spend well over a thousand stamina with her as the base on getting kills in the arena to get enough SP to make a truly viable Lucina. Of course, not to say it's impossible (as i am in the middle of doing something similar myself), but it most certainly would not be the best option. The only reason why i would run her is in the case that i lack a unit like Robin and/or struggle quite heavily against red sword tanks. If that is not an issue, i would not invest in her.

Of course, she is also a unit that may never come back, so maybe simply keeping her would be a nice trophy. If i get her however, her A skill is going straight to cordelia
