Would you rather lose points of atk or speed?

I also got a -atk +def Kagero and I don't know what to do.

Go -atk. you really need to double as many units as possible and the damage you lose from the atk bane will be salvaged in part thanks to the +10 damage effect.

Side note: since you'll have the atk bane I'd probably change Glimmer to Moonbow, I'm pretty sure that you'll deal a bit more damage, but I may be mistaken

- Atk keeps her speed and her Res isnt that bad with a boon. So she can be what the infantry Kagero wanted to be as well as her A slot increasing her speed even more, you could fodder the -Spd Kagero or just merge. Her dagger is a good one to inherit but do whateves, your lucky to pull 2 Kagero's
