Spring Kagero IVs

If you go for a build that relies on bonus damage it's okay to have a +ATK/-SPD

If not, I rather have a neutral one.

I'll go with Neutral I think.

Depends on what you want. You could, for example, run her with OG Kagero's Death Blow build. In this case, +Atk -Spd is great.

Other builds, like most of her Lethal Carrot build probably, will focus on Atk and Spd. So neutral IVs are better then.

It's hard to say what is better. Both are great!

I plan to make a Fury/Desperation build with Lethal Carrot (+SPD refine eventually) and Flier Buffs.

So, Neutral is better, I guess ?
