Spring Chrom Weapon

ok so i have a spring chrom, and i love chrom hes my fave character from fire emblem so i wanna build him so that i can use him more. (im planning on making a "holiday" team with h!nowi spring!chrom summer!gaius/frederick and christmas robin if i get him ;-;)

hes a +speed -hp and i wanna upgrade his weapon but idk if i should give him the +speed weapon or +def weapon. thoughts? a build suggestion would also be helpful!
