Spring Catria (+RES, -SPD) Help?

I pulled a Spring Catria and was thinking of putting her on my cavalry team. I currently have Xander, Gunnthra, Brave Veronica, and Ursula and was thinking of replacing Ursula with Catria. Any thoughts on this and what to build on her? This is for PvE content only.

I don't think replacing Ursula with -spd Catria is a good idea because they both has 32 speed, with blade tome build difference in atk isn't crucial. You can, however ,try to build her around her atk with blade tome and death blow 3 but her atk is a bit low for that.
You can give her some debuffing skills (seals, smokes, chills what have you) but you have Veronica for that.
She might be better in another team as debuffer rather than your cav team.
