+Attk is kind of nice and I think that's a pretty good IV set. It's very much worth investing in her and she's the only magic flier aside from Summer Corrin, so yea.

She's tanky enough to run Raven tomes, which could really, really help right now with the blue mage and Brave Lyn takeover.

she could also pull off an owl tome/close counter build quite well if you have the resources and feel like using her.

Without hone fliers you might chose another tome than blade, but she still is amazing with the other options. Also, stacking goad fliers is easy to do with fliers and also quite strong.

Her high atk and def makes her excel at defensive bait builds and even without the full blade tome effect slapping on a bunch of goad fliers(+12 atk/spd) will still do a lot of damage.
