Speed/Defense

Personally, I believe we're lacking in this department.
As far as notable units that specialize in these two stats I can really only think of Dragons, Leif, and Nephnee.

Do you think we should have more units like this?
If not, why?
And who could be a potential candidate for this role in the future?

Draug and Marissa can both full this role. Also Quan if you invest enough into his Spd.

I've never heard of a speedy Quan...though I guess his weapon does help.

It's not optimal, but with easy access to Hone Cavalry, his native A skill, and Darting Stance; he can easily reach high levels of Spd to prevent doubles or double himself.

Most units could also run a similar set but Quan was one of the physically bulky units that came to mind.

I don't have darting stance yet but this is my +spd quan, with a speed buff he reaches 45 speed on an enemy attack.

Did you not get Darting stance from the last Tempest Trials? I think you should be able to make it if you didn't

Oh, I ment to say I don't have it a level 3 yet.

Sigurd, CorrinF, Subaki, Saizo. It's easy to find more if you don't recall any just search by defense stat on the website and see who has high speed.

There are some fliers with that kind of statline like Laegjarn, Minerva, and Subaki. Though imo they don't use it as well because they can't run anything like Wrath or Special Spiral instead of QR.

For infantry there's Ayra, Owain, Leif, L!Marth, Marisa... too many swords. Give me an axe please.
