Is - Speed Spring Kagero saveable?

I've summoned two of these because I wanted the unique combination of flying colorless... But both ended up being minus speed. One is minus speed plus defense, the other is plus hp. Two questions.

A: Can this be saved (for arena or for general use)

B: If the answer to A is yes, then how?

A: Depends on Arena tier, I guess. I don't know how much flier units contribute to BST/scoring, so you might have to look into it. I'd say yes since I'm F2P, then again I'd probably fodder her off for Spd/Res Bond.

B: Only thing I can really say is to give her Spd +3 seal. You could also abandon all defense and go for all offense by giving her Life and Death... but I dunno if you want to do that.

I'm currently tier 17, but I maybe able to raise higher than that (I promote to 17 this week almost automatically since I was tier 15 but have a top 50 score on offense).
